Who can apply?

Interior designers, architects, developers, landlords, stylists, and hospitality, retail and office businesses — anyone who specifies or buys lighting for a space that isn’t their own home.

How does trade pricing work?

Trade pricing is confirmed by email once your account is approved. Larger project quantities are quoted individually.

Can I mix different lights in one order?

Yes. Wall, pendant, ceiling, table and floor lights can all be combined in a single quotation, so a whole scheme stays together.

What are the lead times for project quantities?

Standard orders ship free across the UK. For larger quantities we state the lead time in your quotation, before you commit to anything.

Do I have to apply before I can order?

No. You can order from the shop at any time. A trade account simply gets you trade pricing, written quotations and a direct contact for your projects.

What about returns on project orders?

Our 30-day returns cover standard orders. Terms for project quantities are set out in your quotation.
